booking Terms

Booking Fee:

We require a 50% non-refundable and non- transferable booking fee to secure your date. This can be paid via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or another payment method agreed by Simply Fun Events.

Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance is required on the day of the event.

Cancellations:

The booking fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations result in the immediate forfeiture of this fee.

Tentative booking:

A tentative booking holds your requested date for a maximum of 48 hours. Once availability is confirmed and the deposit link is sent, payment must be received within this window to secure the date. If unpaid, the date is automatically released for other inquiries
